Using robots, laptops, and newfound knowledge, I created 5 robots such as the Shero mini. Which we had to make shapes out of, then there the party bomb. I had to program it to make it jump and change color, And then there was the Irobt, drawing, then the dash, And catapult, my own idea included the dash with a side catapult. and ideas all under new sites because this was the task that we had to complete and because it was very fun and engaging for me and my partner.
During this process, I learned how to use robots to our advantage and new skills with the robots while building new things like the Legos for the dash. As I said for the party bomb we had to make a program to make the robot jump, and then use color. overall we learned a lot of new things while having fun.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I could navigate through all the code to make a working program and get things done in time. Getting things done in time could also be linked to Empowered Learner.
A challenge I overcame on this project was, in the end, making the finished product., for example, the iRobot was a difficult program because we didn't get it at first but after a while, we got a hold of it. I was able to do it by overcoming obstacles and getting the thing done in the end.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the dash because I thought it didn't go far enough and some of the others and some of the code were bare and minimalistic like my code. The reason why I would change it is that I think the project would be better and cleaner and fresh than what it is now. some others are the Dash for more color and a better jump but I'm still happy with the project and what we did.

My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in robotics engineering, software engineering, robot programming, and things in tech with robots at the end
