Day One

I started with a background

I started adding stuff to my zoo

I coded a door to open and close

I added more stuff and started working on a food court

I started working on my food court and for my cyber safety i'm going to do a teenage driving

I started adding a petting zoo

I made my cyber safety thing

I coded another door to open and close

I added penguins to my building and dinosaurs

I finshed adding animals to my zoo

Using Delightex virtual reality, I created a zoo because you can explore your world using virtual reality and see animals and pet them.
During this process, I learned how to code a virtual reality world.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to digital citizen because at the beginning it has a story that says on the way to the zoo a family got killed because of an accident because the mother started texting and driving.
A challenge I overcame on this project was when I coded a door tomopen and it wouldnt open. I was able to do it by going through the coding to find the problem or where I went wrong.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the setting. The reason why I would change it is because i wish i couldve added more scences to different parts in my zoo.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Computer Programmin because I had to program my world into the way it is.
