Day 1

brainstorming on what I should do and starting to make the subpage

Using tinkercad, ipad, computer, 3d printer, I created a phone holder that goes on your charging block because I thought it would help me because I don't know where to put my phone while its charging.
During this process, I learned how to 3d print.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I designed the 3d printed object.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding ideas of what to make. I was able to do it by going on google and looking up 3d printing ideas.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how simple my thing was so I would make it more of a challenge. The reason why I would change it is because mine was to simple.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in computer programming because I made a 3d printed object through the computer.
