Using a sewing machine, material, a ring, and a clip, I created a lanyard because I wanted something to hold my id for school.
During this process, I learned how to use a sewing machine.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I decided what I want to make.
A challenge I overcame on this project was sewing straight and not all over the place. I was able to do it by taking my time and not rushing.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the width of my bag. The reason why I would change it is because I think it is a little bit big.

Day 7: I got my fabric and started to make my lanyard
