IMG_0007.MOV- Using code.org, I created my project because I was interested in coding something. I also really like Ice Age, so it was a perfect fit. Also, I love coding different technology.
- During this process, I learned how to code on a computer. My other projects I have coded on an Ipad. This was the first time I coded something on the computer, and I learned a lot.
- The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed the code for my project. Also, it connects to Knowledge Constructor because I constructed the way the animals in my project moved around.
- A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make two animals move at the same time . I was able to do it by watching a YouTube video on how to do it. I also asked a friend who was doing something similar for help.
- Given a chance to do this again, I would change the back round of the set. The reason why I would change it is because the ice in the back round just doesn't look very realistic. There were also a couple of other good choices that I could have picked from.
