4 Planning Questions

In my project, I am working by myself. All the materials I need to make my "VR World" are CoSpaces and me. My plan is to create a virtual world of most of my house. Some unique qualities that I will have in my project are how my real house looks and will have me in it.

A challenge I overcame on this project was making the door open. I was able to do it by using CoBlocks and coding it. I coded it by trying out multiple solution until I came up with the solution.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the door to open and close more than once. The reason why I would change it is because if you open and close the door while your in the house, you are locked in. I would also do this because it would prove that I was smarter than other people that couldn't figure it out but I ended up not figuring that out.:(

During this process, I learned how to code. I also learned how to add things to my world and how to make things move. I made things move by coding them through the code setting in CoBlocks.

In this project, I am hoping to make a replica of my house. I am also hoping to add a person or to in the house. Remember that I am just hoping to do this, I can't make any Promises.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Knowledge Constructer CTE program at Hastings High School because I used old skills to build new ones. My project connects to careers in Architecting because I modeled a house just like a Architect does.

Using CoBlocks, I created a replica of my house. I created this because I wanted to see what it would look like after we finished building it. I also built this because my parents wanted to see it done ASAP.

In my VR world, the plan is to make a replica of my dinning room, kitchen, and living room.

My Project is related to the class because I was a Computational Thinker because I analyzed and organized my data and put it on my site. This is connected to a career because one day I could turn this into reality and be a construction worker or and architect.
