7p2 Cardboard challenge

Daily log

Day one: we drew the game boy on paper then we got all the resources we needed and started cutting card board

Day two: we cut out all the button peices and the screen and hotglued some of it

Day three: we finshed hot gluing everything and just finished with the game boy

Day four: we started recording but could not get it right so we did that for the whole hour

Day five we finally got it right and uploaded to our websites and took a picture of it then uploaded that as well.

Day six: the group just finished up on there website and also helped make someones elses video.

Day seven: we took the pictures of us holding the project with a person a picture person.

Day 8 last day: we were all done with everthing.

Good Ideas 10

1. Making a game boy.

2. eagle Phang custom made

3. being able to touch the buttons and hearing the click

4. and we were thinking of making a PC but that would take to long

5. the way I could of solved that is using a bunch of time.

6. Making GTA 6 on the game boy

7. Making it playable.

8. giving the game boy a case.

9. Mabey making it split screen

10. Making it more games then one

Planning questions

I am working in a group of four

the materials we need is cardboard tape and a hot glue gun

we are creating a cardboard custom made game boy

It is eagle phang that is the unique qulity and it is a game boy

Using card board, tape, and a hot glue gun. And stuff like cardboard scissors and normal scissors.Lastly pencils, markers and thats all the materials I used to create the game boy.I created a customade eagle Phang game boy. It has all the button layouts. And on the screen it is Egale Phang the game.
During this process, I learned from this project how to publish a video for the world to see. And I leraned how to get it onto imoovie and edit the sound out. Lastly I got better at working together kinda of.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator. because my project is one of a kind made out of one of our favorite show that is customade.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to record a good video. because we kept messing up and started laughing a lot. And trying to time all the fake punches and making it so you can hear what we were saying. I was able to do it by just keep on restarting the video and trying to make it better and better. Also we changed the carmerman and thats pretty much it for that.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change is to highlight my project more and do a imoovie edit. The reason why I would change it is because you can't really see my project other then the picture. And I did not highlight it that much.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the consrtuction trades and engineering and deign. CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in video game making because it eagle phang is the game we made on it.
