We did the planning questions and the 10 ideas
I got logged in
I started on my 3d design
I changed the color, size and I also added bristles to the hairbrush
I finished the bristles, and rearranged some of the bristles to how I liked it
Using Tinker cad , I created a hair brush because I use it in my daily life.
During this process, I learned that when you are making a hair brush don't try and place the bristles individually just copy and paste.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I had to design my own object .
A challenge I overcame on this project was fixing the bristles ad grouping them together. I was able to do it by getting some help from my friends.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of space between the bristles. The reason why I would change it is because there was stuff in between the bristles and it wouldn't go through my hair.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Engineering and design because we designed the print and the 3d printers engineered the design we made.
