Day 9. HKishiuadhsuajkd bjAHiuushadSFUIHSFJHKHfjdsUU!! I FINISHED THE video.
Using iMovie, I created a 1100 picture stop motion video, because it can help me learn the art of stillness and the process of patience. I did this by, well, being still to take picture. Which I learned I was bad at.
During this process, I learned it is hard to be, patient, still, and it is hard to move plushies around. I learned this stuff by actually doing them. To be still you need to learn how to keep the tablet, your hands, and everything in place. (Minus the thing you move frame by frame.)
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I decided what I was going to make.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting ideas of what to do. I was able to do it by one, using my brain, and two, doing stuff as I go. I did this by just finishing one thing, then just doodle something up and start making it move around.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of pictures I did in a day. The reason why I would change it is because if I had done the correct amount of pictures I would've been able to turn it in on time! Another thing is the movement in the videos. I could've just added more movement.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Stop Motion Animation because, well, it is Stop Motion. I'm not sure what I am supposed to put. They do make pretty good money, $69,000 per year.
