Planning Questions
Are you working by yourself or in a team?
I'm working with Payton
What materials will you need for your project?
Cardboard, hot glue, monopoly money, rubber bands, paint, and sharpie
What is your plan to create in this project?
I plan to create an ATM
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will be able to give money and work properly
Using cardboard, hot glue, fake money, paint, and rubber bands, I created an ATM because it was a cool idea and it seemed fun to make because we would have to create the way the ATM would function.
During this process, I learned not to give up ideas and to work through problems.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because my partner and I put our ideas together and worked together.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to catch up with the work with the amount of time we had to work. I was able to do it by hurrying.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of time we got to create the project and how much time we got to put everything on our website. The reason why I would change it is because it was difficult to put everything on my website.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering and design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in accounting because the ATM works with money/banking.

Day 6
Made the money rolls with Monopoly money and ATM card
(I don't have a close up picture of the card)
