Daily Log

Day 1: I got my list of ten good ideas to make out of our micro bits

Day 2: I got my Micro bit plugged in and got it to say my name on the micro bit website

Day 3: I programed my Micro bit, and made it play rock paper scissors

Day 4: I made my Micro Bit to play numbers and shapes when I shake it

Day 5: I made my micro bit make rows of dots till it was full then made it flash full screen and smiley face

Day 6: I made my Micro Bit say " Hi Mr. Renner"

Day 7: I got my final projects on my website and got my reflection on my website.

Reflection

Using Micro Bits, I created My name and ^ other projects because our assignment was to make our name and I made extra in my free time.
During this process, I learned how to code a micro bit.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designer because I made new micro bit projects.
A challenge I overcame on this project was putting the batteries in and out of the micro bit and making sure I have all my daily logs done. I was able to do it by working harder on it everyday.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my projects that I did maybe add more or do something bigger. The reason why I would change it is because even though I made 6 projects they were still small.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Software Developer.
