Student Planners(Homework Agenda Book)
Your child will be using a student planner/agenda book to write down homework and important information each night. In addition to the homework folder, this important tool will be used for home and school communication. Your child will receive this HTS planner on the first day of school. Third grade is the first year your child will be using it on a daily basis. Therefore, we will go over how to use them effectively and how to write down the important information inside during the first few days of school.
Your child's homework folder will contain his or her homework and other important papers.
Your child's planner will have the homework assignment and any reminders for upcoming events.
Students are responsible for recording their homework assignment in there each day. Please get into a nightly habit of checking your child's planner for any assignments listed in there. Lastly, please make sure your child brings it to school every day.
