Call me strange, but a salad is my favorite food! Not only are they healthy for you, but I enjoy making my own and adding all of my favorite inclusions. Unfortunately, if you took me to a steakhouse...I'd probably end up getting a salad.
In my free time, I love to go to the gym to workout. My favorite part of my workout plan is the day I do cardio and abdominal workouts. On the treadmill, I either read my book for English class, study my Spanish vocabulary words, or blast music in my ears!
My favorite food aside from a salad, would be rice cakes. Now, if you handed me a plain rice cake, I would laugh at you. However, I take that plain rice cake and I transform it into something so delicious! I love being creative, especially when it comes to fueling my body!
