TA is not a McDonald's solution. Please do not reach out to ATOS for TA related issues.
Please use our web form and not Harri’s main support line or the option to open a ticket through the Harri Community. The web form bypasses allllll the other Harri clients and goes directly to the McD Implementation team (look at you, VIP!)
Help us help you! Please open separate tickets for separate issues. This will assist us in tracking themes and ticket volume.
Logging in with their EID is how Harri receives their manager credentials from GAM.

Permissions are not managed in Harri and are not driven by job title codes (JTCs). What a manager can do or see is based on the level they are assigned in GAM.
Each time they log in, we receive the store(s) they have access to as well as their permission level from GAM, so if any changes are made in GAM, make sure they log out and back in again for the changes to be reflected.
