Due the AWS Outage, you may experience delays in data refresh, incomplete or outdated reporting, and disruptions to integrations such as DataPass.
McHire is the system you are most likely currently using to source applicants and complete their onboarding. Once you are live with Harri Talent Acquisition, you can cancel your McHire contract and exclusively use Harri to source and hire candidates.

Level 4 managers can send offer letters, but they are restricted to the default values. Level 1, 2, and 3 managers are able to update the smart fields on the offer letters at the time they send them. These permissions are defaulted based on GAM access level. If you'd like to update an employee's permissions, please update their permission level in GAM. You can see more details on specific permissions for each GAM level on the Getting Started Essentials page here.

Harri adds the required documents for each state.
For custom onboaring documents, you can add those at the Organization Level to apply to all locations in all states.
There will be an additional swim lane in the onboarding process, between Offer and Onboarding, where you will move the candidate and initiate the background check. Results will appear for you to review and/or action.
The candidates are prompted to complete the WOTC survey at the time of application. For Hiring Managers, “WOTC Eligible” tags will then be displayed on eligible candidates.
