Please note that we do not provide bed sheet exchange services during your stay.

You are welcome to wash and dry the linens yourself using the on-site laundry facilities.

Wi-Fi

・Please note that Wi-Fi is currently not provided in the guest rooms.

Emergency Escape Ladder

・Depending on the room, an emergency escape ladder or escape rope is installed. Please do not move the equipment from its original location under any circumstances.
・Please note that during periodic fire safety and equipment inspections, staff may enter your room to conduct operation and safety tests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Use of Room Amenities & Furnishings

Please be careful not to take any room amenities, bedding, or tableware with you when you move out.

Please note that if any items are found to be stained, damaged, or missing, and special measures (replacement or professional cleaning) are required, you will be charged for the actual costs incurred. (You are welcome to take any "Welcome Goods" home with you.)

About the Circuit Breaker Switches in Your Room

・The breaker key is located next to the light switch inside the main room entrance.
・If the lights do not turn on when you press the switch, please turn the breaker key to the right.

If you experience any power trouble, such as the electricity suddeny cutting out or the lights not turning on, please refer to the guide below.

●Precaution
The electrical circuit is shared among multiple rooms. If high-voltage appliances—such as microwaves, electric kettles, and hair dryers—are used at the same time, the circuit breaker may trip.

●How to Restore Power
Please note that there are no on-site staff at our properties. Therefore, we kindly ask residents to restore the power themselves using the breaker panel located on each floor.
