物件への入り方
物件に到着されましたら、事前にご登録いただいた顔認証（物件によってはインターホンの暗証番号）でご入館ください。
受付などのお手続きはございませんので、直接お部屋にお越しください。
居室への入り方
居室の扉に設置されているスマートロックで解錠・施錠を行います。ご利用方法はこちらをご参照ください。
Entering the Building
When you arrive at the property, please use the pre-registered facial recognition system (or, depending on the property, the intercom PIN code) to enter.
There is no check-in desk or reception procedure, so you may go directly to your room.
Entering your room
Each room is equipped with a smart lock for locking and unlocking the door. Please refer to the instructions provided for details on how to use it.
For properties with a cylinder key instead of a smart lock, please check the separate email guidance you received.

退去日当日は11時までに退出をお願いいたします。※退去立会は原則ございません。
On your move-out day, please vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.
No staff check-out inspection is required.

居室の鍵
【スマートロックのお部屋】
ライナフアプリとスマートロックを3m以内に近づけて、「サービスの利用を終了」ボタンを押してください。
※スマートフォンのインターネット接続、Bluetooth通信が必要です。
【シリンダーキーのお部屋】（goodroom residence 要町・goodroom residence 恵比寿）
居室と同じ番号の現地ポストへシリンダーキーを投函してください。
紛失した場合、交換費用を頂きます。
シリンダー交換：25,000円(税別) 合鍵作成 : 5,000円 (税別)
住所の転送手続き
郵便物の住所を当居室に設定していた場合には、次の転居先住所への変更手続きをお願いいたします。

弊社にて郵便物のお預かりはできないため、ご了承くださいませ。
退去後に郵送された宅配物・郵送物は、差出人への返送・処分対応をいたします。
メールボックス・宅配ボックス内の荷物
退去の際には、メールボックス・宅配ボックス内に荷物が残っていないかご確認をお願いいたします。
Room Key
【Smartlock】
Please bring your smartphone within 3 meters of the smart lock with the Linough app open, and press the "End Service" button.
※This requires an active internet connection and Bluetooth to be enabled on your smartphone.
【Physical Key】（goodroom residence Kanamecho・Ebisu）
Please drop your key into the mailbox corresponding to your room number at the property.
※Lost Key Fees: If the key is lost, the following replacement fees will be charged:
・Cylinder Replacement: 25,000 JPY (plus tax)
・Key Duplication: 5,000 JPY (plus tax)
Mail Forwading
If you have used this address for mail or packages, please update your address and set up a forwarding service as soon as possible.

※We cannot hold mail for you. Any mail arriving after your move-out will be returned to the sender or disposed of.
Mailbox and Delivery Lockers
Please make sure to check your mailbox and the delivery lockers for any items before you leave.

お客さまのお荷物について
ご入居の際にお持ち込みされた荷物はすべてお持ち帰りください。
万一お忘れ物がありました場合でも、弊社では一切の責任を負いかねますのでくれぐれもご注意ください。
ゴミの処分
ゴミは袋にまとめ、居室内に置いてください。
別途請求について
退去後に私物や残置物が多い場合には、別途処分費用を請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。
設備・備品の持ち帰りについて
退去の際にもともと居室に備え付けられていた備品や寝具類は、お持ち帰りいただけません。
Personal Belongings
Please make sure to take all of your belongings with you when you move out. We cannot take responsibility for any items left behind.
Disposal of Garbage
Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the trash bin provided in your room. Our staff will collect it when you check out.
If the bin becomes full during your stay, please take your waste directly to the collection area. (next to the shared bicycles).
Additional Charges
If a large amount of personal belongings or other items are left in the room after move-out, additional disposal fees may be charged.
Room Equipment and Furnishings
Items and furnishings originally provided in the room, including bedding, must not be taken with you when you move out.
