Smoking is strictly prohibited in your room and all common areas.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. If any smoking is detected, an estimated fee of 200,000 JPY (plus tax) will be charged to cover wall replacement and other repair costs. This rule applies to both traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes.

Please also note that smoking in front of the building on public streets is not allowed. If you wish to smoke, you must go to a designated smoking area nearby.

Use of Gas Appliances and Kerosene Heaters

For safety reasons, gas appliances and kerosene heaters are not permitted in the rooms.

Noise Policy

Please refrain from making loud noises, playing music or watching TV at a high volume, shouting, arguing, or engaging in any behavior that may disturb neighbors. Noise tends to carry more easily at night, so we ask for your extra consideration during nighttime hours.

Any actions that disrupt public order or the harmony of communal living may cause inconvenience to other residents. Please note that if these rules are not followed and complaints are received from neighbors, we may be left with no choice but to ask you to vacate the premises.

Pets

Keeping pets in the facility is not allowed.

Items in Rooms and Hallways

The following items are not allowed to be brought into rooms or hallways:

・Pets such as animals or birds
・Items that cause foul odors or loud noise
・Explosives, volatile oils, or other flammable materials
・Firearms, swords, narcotics, stimulants, or any other prohibited substances
・Large furniture or an excessive quantity of personal belongings

Use and Care of Furniture and Equipment

If any room fixtures or equipment (other than consumable items) are lost or damaged due to improper use, the actual repair or replacement costs will be charged. We kindly ask you to handle all items with care.

Please also keep shared facilities such as kitchens and restrooms clean and in good condition. If you notice any problems that interfere with daily living upon moving in, please inform us promptly without delay.

No Shoes Inside Rooms

Please remove your shoes before entering and while staying inside the room. Walking with shoes indoors is strictly prohibited.

Emergency Evacuation Route

In case of emergency, please follow the evacuation signs and exit through the entrance.

Personal Belongings in Common Areas

If any personal belongings are found left in common areas, they will be promptly removed by the management. We kindly ask for your cooperation in not leaving personal items in shared spaces.

Air Conditioner Outdoor Unit

To prevent damage or malfunction, please do not attempt to move the outdoor air conditioning unit yourself.
