I asked the students to make a list every year of what they had wish they'd known at the start of class, below you will find that list. You will see something are duplicate, or even triplicate, obviously multiple students figured those were important. Learn from their mistakes and take their advice to make yourself more successful!
Student Tips
STUDY! (I know you may not want to sometimes throughout the year, but trust me it could make a or break everything with the decision of being Certified)
ASK QUESTIONS! (Asking questions is the most important. If you don’t understand something let Mr. C know because everything you learn about will be critical in the actual field.
DO ALL YOUR ASSIGNMENTS! (I don’t think I have to explain everything on this one because I’m pretty sure Mr. C will not express it enough already)
HAVE FUN! (This class is a serious course because ambulance companies might want to hurry you once you graduate. But all around though this class will be your most exciting class yet! You will make new friends, do fun projects with each other, play games in class, and so much more! So enjoy it while you can!)

Don't let the statics psych you out of an opportunity; Whether it be as simple as your grades or as complex as the NREMT
Find YOUR study method and stick with it (even if Mr. C jokes about it)
Build your knowledge, little by little
Fake it till you make it
Don't suck (JK have fun)
Your struggles do not define you
Make friends with the EMTs when you can, it will give you a great opportunity to find work after high school
Time management
Do not get lazy, might be the last year but it still matters
Have a positive attitude
Learn to take a joke, great coping mechanism
Don't think you know it all because even when you think you do you usually don't so keep looking over the same things till it's drilled in your head.
STUDY STUDY nothing but studying, you i'll be so happy that you did.
ASK for help don't be afraid to ask for help
Having study groups with classmates is a perfect way to study.
DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUET YOU REALLY DON'T NEED THAT STRESS IN YOUR LIFE
I HIGHLY recommend you to not do your objectives last minute. The amount of questions you have to finish in less than an hour is not fun.
Make sure you turn in the projects on time because they do affect your grade
Do not miss a skills test because the Brody Rule will come into play and it is not fun
Look for hidden assignments when you are doing your assignments because you can get good things out of it
