Need funding for your Campus Recreation Org?
A P-Card checkout allows Campus Recreation-affiliated student organizations to request and temporarily use a purchasing card (P-Card) for approved expenses such as supplies, vendor payments, and other necessary items. To request a P-Card, students must submit a request at least 48 hours in advance. Late requests may not be processed in time. Once approved, you will receive a calendar invite confirming your checkout time. The P-Card can be picked up and returned at the Rec Desk in the Bush Student Center during operating hours (9 AM - 9 PM, Monday-Friday) and must be returned within four hours.
