As the Campus Recreation Program Director for Hamline University, Halsey oversees all operations of the Campus Recreation Department, including the Rec Desk, Intramural Sports, and Fitness offerings. Halsey seeks to provide a multitude of recreational opportunities for students with all interests and abilities. 

Halsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Sports Managment from St. Cloud State University, in St. Cloud, MN. He also manages student employment on campus and worked in the athletics department at Hamline for 2 years prior to taking this position.
