All of our students will be taking the MAP assessment during the week of April 12th (K-5).  The MAP assessment measures achievement and growth.  It provides teachers with information on how to best help your child.  The MAP assessment is only one measure of your child’s achievement and growth.  Therefore, we do not want students to be overly anxious.  It will be important that your child be on time to school.  We are very excited for the students to show how much they have grown since December. Please encourage your child to do his/her very best! 

Todos nuestros estudiantes tomarán la evaluación MAP durante la semana del 12 de abril (K-5). La evaluación MAP mide los logros y el crecimiento. Proporciona a los maestros información sobre cómo ayudar mejor a su hijo. La evaluación MAP es solo una medida del logro y crecimiento de su hijo. Por lo tanto, no queremos que los estudiantes estén demasiado ansiosos. Será importante que su hijo llegue a tiempo a la escuela. Estamos muy emocionados de que los estudiantes muestren cuánto han crecido desde diciembre. ¡Por favor anime a su hijo a hacer lo mejor que pueda!
