First Annual EES Color Run Fundraiser
First Annual EES Color Run Fundraiser
We are thrilled to share that thanks to the incredible support of our parents, families, and community, we raised $24,965.38 during our Color Run--surpassing our goal of $20,000! These funds will directly benefit our students and school community by helping us purchase ingredients and supplies for our culinary and stem classes and provide outdoor shade on our playgrounds as well as other school projects. Your generosity makes a lasting impact, and we are so grateful for your commitment to helping our students thrive. Thank you for making our first Color Run such a huge success!

We are excited to host our Character Strong Pep Rally on Friday, October 3rd, as we celebrate students who demonstrate outstanding character.
To show school spirit, students are encouraged to wear their grade-level colors:
Kinder & 3rd Grade: RED
1st & 4th Grade: BLUE
2nd & 5th Grade: White or Gray
We can't want to celebrate our amazing Owls who are leading with character!

Annual Title I Meeting - 5:30pm in the Gym
Come learn about our schoolwide Title I program, including how we support student learning and ways families can be involved.
Fall Family STEM Night - 6:15pm at STEM Stations
Bring the family for a fun, hands-on evening exploring science, technology, engineering, and math in everyday life!
Book Fair - 5:00pm - 7:00pm in the Learning Commons
Stop by and shop our book fair before or after the evening sessions.

The Everwood Elementary Book Fair is coming October 6-10! Families are invited to shop in-person on Tuesday, October 7th from 5pm-7pm in the learning commons.

5th Grade Yearbook Ads
5th grade families, don’t miss the chance to celebrate your child’s final year at Everwood Elementary with a special Yearbook Tribute Ad. Tributes are a wonderful way to highlight your student’s accomplishments and share a heartfelt message they’ll cherish for years to come. All ads can be created and purchased online at EverwoodYearbook.com, and the final deadline to submit is Tuesday, November 11.
Parent Involvement
Arrival and Dismissal at Everwood
Arrival
Everwood doors open at 7:10am. Our EES teachers will help open car doors until 7:45am.
Please remain in the two car rider lines and refrain from entering the parking lot to release your student and/or walk them across the crosswalk. Know that a few of our students have been given permission to drop off in the parking lot area based on specific needs and challenges.
After 7:45, our teachers will enter the building to begin the day and students will need to exit their cars without teacher assistance and check in through the front office.
Dismissal
Students will be released at 2:20pm each afternoon. To keep cars off of McEver Rd, we ask that you arrive after 2:00pm to begin forming the two car rider lines. Also know that we record car rider numbers and release students based on the lane you are in. If you change lanes after your car rider number has been recorded, your child will be sent to the wrong line and it may cause significant delay.
*We ask for no student checkouts after 2:00pm. Thank you!!

Everwood Elementary Spirit Wear is now available!! Please visit the link below to purchase spirit wear items. Our school gets 100% of the profits from these sales. Our Everwood families even have the option to have their spirit wear delivered to the school for FREE. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up from Everwood. There will be new designs and clothing types offered throughout the year.
