Welcome New Warriors!  We are thrilled to welcome students who will be entering Kindergarten during the 24-25 school year.  Kindergarten Registration will take place March 18th-21st for students who will be 5 years old by September 1st, 2024.  Registration will once again be held online.  Beginning Monday March 18th, please visit the Hall County Schools registration website  to register your child for Kindergarten (please do NOT register before March 18, as the correct application will not be available in advance and early applications will be deleted). 

• If you have another child who already attends a Hall County School AND you've set up a Parent Portal through Infinite Campus, you may register your child using the Parent Portal by simply selecting "add a child." This will be a quicker way to complete the registration process.  We encourage you to share this information with your neighbors who have children entering Kindergarten, as well.  

• If you need help with registration, you may come by the school March 18th-21st from 9AM-2PM.  Also, staff will be available to help with registration/use school devices and wi-fi the evening of March 21st from 4 PM-7 PM, if you are unable to register online without assistance.

• We are excited to announce that PTO is hosting a Boys Night of Fun at CMCSI on Thursday, March 21st from 5:00PM-7:00 PM on the CMCSI Field/ Track.  PTO will be sharing registration information.

• Based on our parent feedback we are opening up this event to our boys and their parents this year (not just moms).  This event is totally FREE for CMCSI parents/guardians and their sons (students MUST be CMCSI students to attend- no siblings & no daughters, please) with the exception of food & snack costs.  Hotdog Ninja and Frozen Frenzee will be at this event and food items may be purchased from them.   

• PTO also needs VOLUNTEERS (perfect for Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles)!  More information will be coming.

As we approach Spring and warmer temperatures, please remember our CMCSI's dress code policy. The entire policy can be found in our CMCSI Parent & Student Handbook.  

Please see several reminders below:

1. Shoes must be worn at all times. No cleats or shoes with wheels are permitted.  Rubber flip flops are discouraged as they often break during the school day.  Tennis shoes should be worn on days students have P.E.

2. Halters, spaghetti straps, tube tops, and other beach-type attire should not be worn; even in the hot days of spring & summer.

3. T-Shirts advertising alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, drugs, gang affliation or inappropriate content are not allowed.

4. Hats and hoods may not be work inside the building except on designated "hat day."

5. Sagging or baggy pants are not allowed.

6. Shorts must be at fingertip length and/or no more than 6" from knee.

The Hall County School District Transportation Department is using the Ride 360 App for parents to download and track the travel for student buses. 

Download here: Ride 360 will enable you to have access to real time information on the travel status of your child’s school bus.

 For the safety of all students, please note the following:

• For your child's lunch visit, 1 or 2 adults may join; No school-age siblings and younger children must be in lap or stroller (due to limited seats). 

• Each student may have a visit for lunch 1 time per month to allow ALL students and parents this opportunity.  

• Restaurant food will not be allowed to be brought into CMCSI for students or visitors. 

• Visitors must sign in at the front office with a state-issued ID (no exceptions). 

• Lunch visitors should eat in the visitor seating area located in the gym lobby next to the cafeteria.  Visitors may not eat in the cafeteria, gym or classroom. 

• After signing in and getting a sticker, lunch visitors will meet their child in the gym lobby as his/her class enters the cafeteria and sign-out in the main office after the lunch period ends.

• Lunch visitors may not return to the classroom, playground, etc. with students.

• Lunch visitors may have lunch with your child ONLY.  Other students (including friends, relatives, and neighbors) cannot join your lunch visit.

• Visitors may purchase lunch in the cafeteria for $4.50 each (cash or check only).

• Lunch visitors must be listed on a student's enrollment card prior to coming in for lunch.
