Everwild thrives because of the people who show up not just to ride, but to build community. Our volunteers are the heartbeat of the event. By giving your time, you’ll help create an empowering space where women feel celebrated on and off the bike. Plus, you’ll connect with amazing people, get behind-the-scenes access, and leave knowing you made a real impact. 

Who Makes a Great Volunteer?

• MTB riders who want to give back to the sport

• Supporters of women’s empowerment and community building

• Local businesses, students, or groups looking for service opportunities

• Anyone with a positive vibe, a willingness to pitch in, and a love of the outdoors

• No MTB experience needed; just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

• Trail Crew – Help set up route signage, maintain trails, and keep the flow going.

• Ride Leaders and Sweeps - Share your knowledge and love of riding by taking  groups of riders out on skill-based group rides, help make sure the group stays together and safe.

• Event Setup & Breakdown – Be part of the team that brings Everwild to life and wraps it all up.
  
  

• Registration & Check-In – Welcome riders, distribute swag, and get participants stoked for the day.
  
  

• Vendor & Sponsor Support – Help our partners shine by lending a hand with setup and logistics.
  
  

• Hospitality Crew – Keep the energy up as riders arrive for camping Friday night or Saturday and Sunday mornings, as well as help out with parking logistics.
