Office of Finance

It is my pleasure to congratulate and welcome Thomas A. Frye to the permanent position of director of facilities operations at the York and Gettysburg Campuses. Tom has been serving as the interim director for well over a year. As a member of the Office of Finance, Facilities Department, he has served HACC since October 2015 as the York Campus facilities supervisor. Throughout Tom’s career, prior to coming to HACC, he has held various positions in operations management. Tom holds an associate degree in Business Administration Management from Altoona School of Commerce.

We are #HACCProud of Tom as he also represents the College as the Head Coach of the Women’s Volleyball team since 2015. He was named EPAC Coach of the Year 2017, 2018 and 2019. For the first time in HACC’s history, the team qualified for nationals in 2018 and a repeat journey in 2019. Tom was also named NJCAA coach of the year Division III District L in 2018. In 2019, Tom was named NJCAA Coach of the Year Division III North Atlantic A District with 16 players voted to All EPAC or All-Region 19 Teams, one player voted EPAC and Region 19 Player of the Year, and five players voted to Region 19 All-Tournament Team.
