What is happening?
As you may be aware, the Office of Human Resources is improving the way we hire, onboard and evaluate employees. We are introducing a new online Talent Management, Onboarding and Performance Management system through PageUp. This system will replace our existing applicant tracking system through PeopleAdmin and employee evaluation system through Halogen.
What are the benefits?
For the business
For the hiring managers
For all employees
How does this affect me?
You may be invited to provide input regarding current recruitment, onboarding, performance and business processes, assist in system testing and help raise awareness of the new system at HACC.
Hiring managers, search committee chairs, and any who actively assists in the selection, onboarding and/or evaluation of employees should be alert to training sessions and be prepared to utilize the new system.
When will the new process start?
Implementation of the system is already in progress with the aim of being ready for use by April 1, 2020 for talent acquisition purposes. The performance management module will kick off after the 2020 annual evaluation ends.
Will there be training?
A series of webinars will be delivered to provide you with training and support to use the new system. We strongly encourage you to attend a webinar so that you are familiar with the talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes as well as understand what actions you will be required to take.
Tools and resources containing just-in-time training and information materials will also be available prior to system Go Live.
Dates, times and registration links for webinars, as well as the location of where training materials can be found will be provided closer to the Go Live date.
