Thank you to Jay Lohman, supervisor from the Harrisburg Facilities Department for delivering all of the lunches from the HACC Day of Service community project to the Bethesda Mission.
Kudos to Kim Ketelsleger, professor and Melissa Harden, assistant professor for hosting Engineering Career Days at the Harrisburg and Lancaster campuses. These two events exposed nearly 400 students to a variety of careers in the engineering professions and highlighted HACC as a great place to start their engineering career.

Emanda Reiner and Jackie Foster, program coordinators in Healthcare Education/WFD, for playing a key role in the expansion of the Lancaster Campus Allied Health Lab that will allow for expanded healthcare offerings of medical assisting, nurse aide, and phlebotomy programs.
Ron Benkendorf, John Corrigan, Mike Corradino, Dave Edwards, Holly King and Ron Worby, of the Lancaster Campus, for their extraordinary support and assistance in making the expansion of the WFD Allied Health Lab a reality. Because of their responsiveness, HACC WFD students now have a spacious and functional (as well as beautiful!) healthcare skills lab.

Kudos to Alyssa Feather for bringing artist Skilz: Jonathan Molina and his exhibition titled, “Con Mucho Amor” to the GallerYork. Molina is a graffiti artist working in York. His goal is to transform the city through art.
Kudos to Joanne Magee, history discipline lead and temporary full-time history faculty in Virtual, who spoke about the life and public service of Linda Thompson, Harrisburg’s former mayor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Their work is part of a larger program to honor the contributions of African American leaders in our region.

Kudos to Curtis Aumiller, Program Director for Respiratory Care program, and Nicole Luksa, Director of Clinical Education, for their collaboration with area hospitals in time of need. They are returning ventilators to hospitals as the need has spiked, demonstrating teamwork and community support in time of crisis.
Kudos to Jay Lohman and his facilities team. When the hospitals could not make it to campus in their time of need, Jay and team made sure that the respirators got where they were needed most.
