Frequently Asked Questions
When and where are we meeting?
You’ll know once you sign-up.... When you have your 'GHC' membership approved, you will receive an email detailing how to use the 'GHC' Members Portal and the time & location of our 'GHC' meetings in 2025.
Do I need any experience?
No! You do not need any experience to join our 'GHC' in 2025. 'GHC' is a safe space for learning and making. Most, if not all, 'GHC' online activities follow a tutorial (both instructed in-person and a text & imaged based guide). Should there be any questions, our student leaders and staff supervisors will be glad to help you!
What programming language does GHC use?
You may use any that you know.... In 'GHC', we will mainly teach and instruct in Python, a very common programming language that is used widely throughout various VCE subjects. We encourage our members to use Python as well, but if you do not wish to do so, it is totally up to you!
Are there any Club Rules?
Yes! Students and staff must follow all of our GWSC 'Responsible Use of ICT and Technology' Guidelines. You can also view our 'GHC' Rules by visiting https://glenny.hackclub.com/
Who do I contact if I need help with 'GHC'?
