To ensure that our Careers Information Advice and Guidance meets the dynamic aspirations and different needs of all our pupils.
To support our pupils to make realistic and informed decisions based on their self-awareness and their access to a range of opportunities.
To develop our pupils' agency by providing and supporting opportunities to think about their future and develop Career management skills.
To support and develop meaningful activities and partnerships to enable our pupils to access labour market information, explore careers, understand fair work, and develop Career management skills.
To enable our pupils to develop, recognise and be celebrated for the skills and habits essential for the world of work.
To embed the language of skills throughout our curricular and extracurricular education programme, in collaboration with academic departments and the Pupil Support team.
Introduction to the Unifrog platform, with a focus on the language of skills through form lessons (post Orientation and after Global Education Week)

Meet with pupils/parents following requests or referrals from the guidance teams/colleagues
Enhanced support for identified pupils with extra needs in collaboration with the Pupil's Support and Nurture teams (pathways, nurture, attendance.)
Disseminate information about Careers related opportunities to pupils and relevant staff.

Collect and disseminate destination data on destinations to the Bursar, the Assistant Head Attainment, and the Development office.
