Welcome to Guidion! We would like to take you through the Guidion Manifest, which will help you to discover what it means to be part of Guidion, as a colleague or prospective colleague. Our Manifest is part of the employment contract and includes additional terms of employment that apply to everyone working at Guidion.

However, there’s more to this Manifest. In it, we share our story and how we do things at Guidion. Our beliefs, vision, strategy and everyday practice. You will become acquainted with our rituals, processes and ways of working. You’ll discover how we collectively shape and continue to develop Guidion.
