• If you have a question about your student's current grade or content in a course, contact the teacher directly or visit the teacher’s web page. The teacher contact information can be located under the “Directory" icon on upper right hand side of the El Capitan home page.

General Counseling Question or Concern:

• If you have a general counseling question or concern, the most effective way to contact your student's School Counselor or Guidance Information Specialist is by e-mail.

• If you have a general counseling question or concern, the most effective way to contact your School Counselor or Guidance Information Specialist is by e-mail. 

• If you would like to schedule an appointment to talk to your School Counselor or Guidance Information Specialist, please submit your request on the Student Appointment Request Google Form.

• School Counselors and Guidance Information Specialists are also often available on a walk in basis during student lunch.

Alpha Support Teams

Alpha Support Teams are a group of individuals who work closely to help support students in a particular group organized by last name. Alpha Support Teams include a School Counselor, Assistant Principal and a Guidance Information Specialist.
