Learning Expectations

To log into my Google Account.
To have opened the Google Drawing that you worked on in a previous lesson.
To export the image to the computer.
To import the image into Scratch as a background.
To choose a Sprite and make it move.

Starter Challenge

In this challenge you will log on to your Google account and then save the drawing that you created last week on to the computer.

Log on to your computer.
Open Google Chrome.
Go to Classroom.google.com.
Open your Google Drawing.
From the file menu, choose Download As and then JPEG Image.
Save it to you folder on your computer.

The Scratch Challenge

In this challenge you will log into your Scratch account and then create a new project. You will then upload your Google Drawing image as a background to your game.

Click the Scratch cat image opposite.
Click Sign In
Enter your Username and Password for Scratch
Click Create from the top menu
Click the Stage backdrop icon
Click the Backdrop menu
Click Upload icon
Find the image you saved from the starter challenge and open it

Your background will now be part of your game.
