Lea has established a number of resources to support collaboration and communication between the school and its partners.
The Lea School Calendar (https://tinyurl.com/lea-school-calendar) is an online calendar for sharing scheduling information for Lea Elementary School, the School District of Philadelphia, and Lea partner programs with Lea students, families, staff, and partners.

The Lea Express is our school's newsletter for students and families. Click on the link below to visit the Lea Express website where we post new issues of the newsletter 2 times per month during the school year.
Visitor Guidelines
While the District has its interim COVID-19 Visitor Protocol in place, our school-specific visitor protocols for Henry C. Lea Elementary School outlined in this Visitor Guidelines document will work in tandem with the District COVID-19 Visitor Protocol.
This protocol is stringent, but it was developed to ensure that the safety of students and staff remains our priority. These restrictions are based on the most current recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH), the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), and other regulatory agencies.
Partner Handbook
The Lea Partner Handbook is an essential tool in the work that school stakeholders––students, families, school staff, partners, and community members––do together at Henry C. Lea Elementary School. It is a living document that outlines the policies, practices, and expectations that guide and govern partnerships at Lea, and which every partner organization and program is required to follow. Thus, reading the Lea Partner Handbook is a crucial first step for every individual who works in service to the Lea school community.
Reading the Lea Partner Handbook is a mandatory requirement of Lea’s Partner Registration Process, as all partner staff are required to read the Lea Partner Handbook before they will be permitted to facilitate and/or coordinate any programming with Lea students, families, and/or staff.

The appendices of the Lea Partner Handbook provide additional information that may be of use to partners, school staff, and other school stakeholders.
Appendix A: Collaborating with Partners as a “School-Based Collaborator”
This appendix of the Lea Partner Handbook is designed to be read by staff members of Lea Elementary School so that they are well-informed about our school’s partnerships and therefore best prepared to collaborate with our partners.
Appendix B: School and District Information
This appendix of the Lea Partner Handbook contains information about Lea Elementary School and the School District of Philadelphia, including the school website, strategic plans, academic curricula, and policy manuals that guide school programming at Lea. Additionally, there are subsections covering important school dates, the history of the school, and school data.
The Lea Partner Binder is a digital Google Drive folder that serves as the primary online location for sharing relevant documents, materials, and resources for Lea partners.
The Lea Partner Directory provides basic information about each of Lea's partner programs and organizations.
