Griffin-Spalding County Schools is committed to providing a safe and welcoming learning and working environment for students and staff across our district. All employees in the district are required each year to take mandatory compliance training.
Compliance training is designed to ensure that employees in Griffin-Spalding County Schools understand and adhere to the laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards relevant to their roles in the district. This training is designed to ensure that every employee has the necessary information to establish and maintain a positive, safe, healthy, and lawful climate and culture in which all adults and students are able to thrive and do their best.
All GSCS employees must take the compliance training yearly. New employees must complete the training within 45 days of their hire date. It is important to understand that failure to complete these modules by the due date will result in disciplinary action.
To access the compliance training, see “How to Access Safe Schools Using ClassLink.”
