Now, in 2018, the world's most spoken are as follows: Mandarin (1,284 million speakers) , Spanish (437 million) , English (372 million). One of the reasons why Mandarin is so commonly spoken is because of how it is widely used for business and commerce.
But how far have we come in terms of English? In 1873 the English Dialect Society was formed, and the English Dialect Dictionary's six volumes were written from 1898 to 1905 was written by Joseph Wright. The English Empire, at the time, encompassed 400 million people. Now, 1.5 billion people speak English, a whole 20% of the Earth's population.
Language is a key way to communicate. Multiple languages, slang expressions, new words for new experiences can all work together to describe the current culture. The agenda of the city staff, local businesses and religious organizations may promote a wide variety of exciting shopping, educational and religious experiences. We have many diverse languages in the world-some we know and some we don't know. It is our job to accept it and not think that your own language is superior to others. Nothing is inferior or superior. So, let's not judge one's language and make assumptions about their lifestyle, wealth, career, etc just because they have a different language or slang.
Taiwanese language
Taiwanese languages mainly include "Chinese", "Minnan Language", "Hakka", and "Aboriginal language."
It was discovered in 1899. The development of Chinese characters that can be researched has gone through such processes as Oracle, Jinwen, Xiaoyan, Hanli, Jishu, running script and cursive script.
Minnan dialect is said to originate from the Yellow River and Luoshui valleys, and it was transferred to the south of Fujian in the Western Jin Dynasty, the Tang Dynasty and the Northern Song Dynasty, and originated in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. It is mainly distributed in southern Yunnan and Taiwan, but is also widely distributed in most of the Chinese communities in northeastern Yunnan, southeastern Zhejiang, Guangdong Chaoshan, Huizhou, Hailufeng, Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Leizhou Peninsula, Hainan Island, and Southeast Asia.
Hakka was once one of the major circulation languages in the Republic of Lanfang. It was once the "national language" of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and was widely used in its official documents. With the development of society, the traditional closed society was quickly disintegrated by urbanization, and the traditional rules for inheriting Hakka language were gradually abandoned in the information age. Hakka language thus became one of the fastest-declining languages in the world.
Taiwan's indigenous peoples are ethnic groups originally from Taiwan. Before the large-scale migration of Chinese immigrants from the 17th century into the country, they were composed of tribes of different languages and lifestyles, belonging to the South Island nation. The tribe is Taiwan's Austronesian group, and the Dawus on Lanyu belong to the Bhatanese group of the Malay-Polynesian language.
