Reduces anxiety - We are less prone to anxiety when we feel good about ourselves. According to studies, having a positive self-image may help to reduce anxiety.
Reduces stress - Life today is difficult. But it's important to have management skills. An excellent method to be compassionate with yourself is to minimize the stress in your life. This can happen by showing love to yourself and taking out time for yourself.
