International Communication
For the international communication in elementary schools of Taiwan, most of them rely on the information or plans provided by the Bureau of Education in every city, like the Eco-campus plan, and recently the Malaysian teachers' education plan between Tainan City and Sarawak State. This majorly depends on the capability and ability of hosting and organizing such plans. To successfully accomplish an international communication plan, it requires a lot on the features, teachers' and students' abilities and parents' supports.
As for G.R.E.S., it is really fortunate that we have rich and cultural features and history as a school with almost 100 years history where lots of cultural and historical context and content have been accumulated in our campus and daily education. Based on these legacy, we are able to develop many distinguishing activities, art and techniques, and which becomes the primary feature to communicate with foreign visitors. On the other hand, our teachers and students are all passionate and very positive toward visiting foreigners and related activities. The administrative group is willing to take the responsibility and teachers and students are willing to participate. Also, it is notable that our parents are positive to encourage our children to participate, and to provide any possible reinforcement. Overall, with such a coordinated and cooperating human resources and deep culture background, G.R.E.S. is a rather popular destination for hosting international communication in Tainan City, making the school a ideal place for students contacting with foreigners and the world.
