Meet the Team

I am a Counselor-In-Training at Stockton University. I graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Mental Health Psychology and a double minor in Childhood and Disability Studies. For the past seven years, I have worked in school, daycare, and nannying settings with children of all ages. Currently, I am a preschool teacher in a part time school system. 

I provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for clients to explore every aspect of themselves. I take an empowering and explorative approach to the therapeutic relationship to collaborate and meet the needs and goals of each individual client. I am also a big advocate for being seen and heard; with me you are not alone, you are seen and heard, you matter. 

Progress begins at the end of your comfort zone.
