Care & Repair

Students are responsible for the general care of the chromebook issued to them by the District. Chromebooks that need repair must be taken to the Media Center during the appropriate time of day.

Report Repairs and Issues to the Media Center:

Before school between 8:00 and 8:25 a.m.

During grade level lunch

Are you having an issue or do you need your Chromebook repaired? Here is the difference:

Repair: There is something physically BROKEN on your Chromebook-- cracked screen, missing key, touch pad not working. Repairs require a visit to the Media Center. Students Chromebooks are limited to 1 warranty repair. After this repair, the student will be referred to their grade level administrator.

Issue: Is the Chromebook not working properly? Pages closing, site not loading. These issues can usually be solved in the classroom by troubleshooting with the information on this site. Student should only leave class for issues if all troubleshooting tips have been tried.
