Nice to Meet You!

My name is Megan Quackenbush. This is my first year at Sue Cleveland Elementary, and 23nd year in education.  

A few things to know about me: I grew up in the state of Maine, and moved to SC eleven years ago. Maine is well-known for its lobster and blueberries! When I'm not at school, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband, two children, and our dogs. We play a lot of board games and enjoy traveling - especially road trips. I also love reading, word puzzles, and meditation. 

I hold highly qualified status and academic degrees in the following areas: 

• Master's degree in School Counseling

• Educational Specialist degree

• Master’s degree in Special Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education

Additionally, I carry a professional counseling license, and a certification in Children's Yoga. My teaching experiences include Special Education, Regular Education (3rd & 5th), ESOL, and Children's Yoga (K4-5th).
