Note to Parents & Students

Welcome to Spanish 3 Honors at Greenville High School. Students in their third year of Spanish extensively review and practice knowledge learned in Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 while also learning more complex concepts. Students will build on previously developed skills; improve in accuracy, fluidity, and comprehension; and expand in knowledge. Learning is focused upon speaking and listening just as much as it is on reading and writing. By the end of the year, all students should be able to notice a remarkable growth in their language skills.

Spanish 3 is still just the beginning for learning this fabulous language. For some students, it is really hard and for others it is very easy. Parents, please know that I am here to support your child in any way I can. I consider your children as my children when they are with me and treat them as such. Students, please know that I will help you in any way I can to have a successful year in Spanish class and at school. As long as you do the work and try hard, you will succeed! Don’t hesitate to come to me with questions and problems, so that I can help you!
