Following these policies and procedures allows our students, faculty, and staff members to maintain a safe workplace and maximize the amount of time available for learning.
School and District Policies:
Cell Phones should not be visible in the classroom (Check the Parent/Student FAQ)
School IDs should be worn at all times
Do not miss more than 5 classes during the semester
Read the Student Handbook for more information
Classroom Policies:
Arrive on time (Bell Schedules)
Bring all materials
Place backpacks in the back of the room
Clean up after yourself
Be respectful of yourself and your peers
Use only professional language in the classroom
Why Do We Have These Policies?
We want to master the standards for Earth Science in the limited time we have together.
Limiting our distractions by following the classroom, school, and district policies will help us reach our goal.
Every time you do not follow these policies, it takes away class time and limits how much we can learn.
We will work together to support your education so you can continue to learn and grow beyond Mauldin High School.
Classroom Disciplinary Procedure Only:
1st Offence: Verbal Warning
2nd Offence: Verbal Warning & phone call home
3rd Offence: 30-minute detention & phone call home
4th Offence: Referral to Administration
