About Mrs. Simpson
I am so excited to be a 3rd grade teacher this year! I am 33 years old and this is my twelfth year teaching. I graduated from Furman University in 2015. I have a Master's degree in Reading and Literacy from Furman as well. Go Paladins! I grew up in Greenville and attended Simpsonville Elementary, Hillcrest Middle, and Mauldin High. My husband and I have a two year old son named Graham and another baby boy coming in January!

Hobbies: I love to read, sing, needlepoint, play Mahjong, and play with my son!

School Supply: Expo Markers and Mechanical Pencils
Books: I love to read historical fiction, thrillers, rom coms, science fiction, and fantasy. Some of my favorite books are A Ring of Endless Light, The Women, Pride and Prejudice, How to Read a Book, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and anything by Abby Jiminez.
Snack: Popcorn, fruit, candy
