Graduation announcement down payments may be made by money order, cashier's check, cash, credit card, or check. Any junior or senior who has not ordered their class ring may do so at this time. Extra ring and grad packets are available in the Front Office.

Greenville County Schools is inviting all high school seniors and their families to a Financial Aid Family Night on Tuesday, November 11, at 6:00 p.m. at Greer High School. The districtwide event will feature college and university representatives who will share valuable information about grants, scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) process. Families will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive expert guidance, and learn how to make college more affordable. The session is designed to help rising seniors better understand their options and prepare for the financial aid application process ahead.

The Greenville Federal Credit Union Foundation offers high school seniors the opportunity to apply for (1) $5,000 needs-based scholarship and (5) $1,000 scholarships to help fund their first year of college or technical school. To qualify for a scholarship*, applicants must meet the following criteria.
Be enrolled at a Greenville County School District school.
Possess a 3.0 GPA or above on a 4-point (non-weighted) scale.
Be a Greenville Federal Credit Union member in good standing. (Memberships of parents or other immediate family members do not qualify. Join today!)
Be a high school senior accepted on a full-time basis at a college or technical school in the upcoming year.

Our application is hosted by our partner, the Carolina’s Credit Union Foundation, and those who apply for the Greenville Federal Credit Union scholarship are also automatically reviewed for other scholarships funded by the Carolina’s Credit Union Foundation.
The Park Scholarships program provides a four-year scholarship to NC State University awarded on the basis of outstanding accomplishments and potential in scholarship, leadership, service and character. Benefits include:
Four-year scholarship valued at approximately $124,000 for in-state students and $236,000 for out-of-state students (for the Class of 2030), including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, travel, computer stipend, and personal expenses
Grants to fund professional and personal enrichment experiences, such as research projects, service activities, and conferences in the United States and abroad
Guaranteed invitation to join the University Honors Program for all Park Scholarships Semifinalists
Approximately 38 scholarships will be awarded this year to outstanding entering freshmen for undergraduate study in any discipline at NC State.

Jefferson Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who demonstrate excellence and exceptional potential in the areas of leadership, scholarship, and engaged citizenship. The South Carolina Association of Counties (SCAC) is pleased to announce its annual Board of Directors Scholarship Program. On a rotating basis, once every four years, one $5,000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior/rising college freshman from each county in South Carolina. Students from the following counties are eligible to apply for the upcoming scholarship award: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Colleton, Darlington, Dorchester, Fairfield, Greenville, Greenwood, Jasper, Marlboro, and McCormick Counties. One student residing in each of these counties will be selected to receive a $5,000 scholarship to attend an in-state college or university for the 2026 fall semester. The link to apply will open on October 15, 2025.
Scholarship applicants must be current high school seniors planning to attend a South Carolina four-year college/university or a two-year technical college in the fall. All applicants must complete an online application and write an essay or in lieu of an essay submit a video on their aspirations and goals. A letter of recommendation and a student transcript are also required. The scholarship recipient will be selected by an SCAC Scholarship Selection Committee in April, with an announcement by the Board of Directors in May. SCAC will send the scholarship check directly to the school where the recipient is accepted.

University of Alabama's Free App Week is running October 6-10, 2025.
During Free App Week, students will have until 11:59 p.m. CDT on Friday, October 10 to complete their application to The University of Alabama via the UA Undergraduate app. Applications submitted via the Common App will continue to require a $40 application fee during this period.

On August 7, 2024, the Department announced that the 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form will be launched through a new process.
Starting on October 1, the Department will release the 2026-27 FAFSA form. A limited beta testing form may be available before this date for testing with a limited set of students and postsecondary institutions. The agency will make the FAFSA form available to all students October 1.
