Mission
The mission of the GCS and GHS Library Media Program is to foster a learning community that creates lifelong learners who can:
read critically;
express ideas;
investigate through inquiry;
use sources;
design solutions;
learn independently;
cultivate meaningful relationships;
engage as a citizen; and
pursue and develop personal interests.
Vision
Vision
The GHS Library strives to promote a collaborative learning environment that inspires students to become lifelong learners, readers, and information seekers through inspiration, inquisition, and innovation. This will be accomplished by collaborating with teachers, developing a collection that is representative of the community, and implementing literacy instruction for students.
