It’s A Pleasure to Meet You! My name is Lianna Grace Fusco. From a very young age I have felt called to help teach and guide others, helping them to achieve their goals. There have been many experiences throughout my life that have sculpted me into being the educator that I am today. Since I was 15 I have provided childcare for multiple families in the Greer and Greenville area and served in church Children's Ministries. I student taught 5th Grade at Dacusville Elementary in Pickens County where I was offered a position to teach 2nd Grade before I graduated North Greenville University and did my first year teaching in 2021. From there I moved to Greenville County and have been teaching at Buena Vista Elementary since 2022. I am absolutely in love with this school and its staff, community, and the students that Buena Vista serves! I am beyond blessed to be someplace special such as Buena Vista.

My parents adopted me from Xinyu, China when I was only 10M old. I started school in Long Island, New York and moved to Greenville, SC when I was in the 2nd Grade! I graduated from Southside Christian School and North Greenville University. I have an amazing mom and dad as well as one adult brother with Autism who has taught me what it means to have patience for those who face challenges in their lives and also how to love and accept others unconditionally. I am engaged to my amazingly supportive fiancé, Sam, and will soon be married this June of 2026! I have 2 fur babies (Molly the Cat and Bucky the Yellow Lab) who I am obsessed with! 

  When I'm not working in my classroom and lesson planning, you can find me going on waterfall hikes, in the mountains or at the beach, going to concerts, working out with my dad whose a personal trainer in Greer, and going downtown with my friends. Most of my friends are also elementary school teachers in the area! 

Your child's safety, social, emotional, and academic growth are my first priority. I pride myself on connecting with families on a personal level and supporting your child outside of the classroom as well. I will work tirelessly to ensure you and your child's needs are met and that you feel valued and cared for. I want to be there for your family and give you the tools and resources to access your child's unlimited potential and success.
