HOW TO UPLOAD PORTFOLIO:

To upload your AP Art portfolio, log in to the AP Digital Portfolio at digitalportfolio.collegeboard.org with your College Board account, select your class, and then upload your images for the Sustained Investigation, Selected Works, and Written Evidence sections according to the specific guidelines for your portfolio type (2-D, 3-D, or Drawing). 

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Access the AP Digital Portfolio:

   • Go to https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/art-design-program and log in using your College Board username and password.

2. Navigate to Your Class:

   • Once logged in, you'll see all your enrolled AP Art and Design class sections. Select the correct one.

3. Choose a Portfolio Component to Work On:

   • You'll have options to work on:

     • Sustained Investigation Images (up to 15 images)

     • Written Evidence (typed responses to prompts)

     • Selected Works (5 images)

4. Upload Your Files:

   • For Images: Use the "Select Files" button to add your JPEG images and then click "Start Upload".

   • For Writing: Enter your written responses directly into the provided text boxes.

5. Submit Your Components:

   • After uploading and reviewing, you must click the button to "Submit as Final" for each component (Sustained Investigation, Selected Works, and Written Evidence).

   • Important: Your portfolio will only be scored if your AP Coordinator orders the exam for you. 

Key Things to Remember:

• Image Format: All images must be in JPEG (.jpg) format and RGB color mode.

• File Size: Keep individual image files under 3.0 MB.

• Process Documentation: Include images showing your experimentation and revision process within the Sustained Investigation section.

• Check Your Work: Your teacher may set an earlier deadline for you to submit to them for review before the final AP Program deadline.
