Enoree Career & Technology Center – Law Enforcement Program
Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year!
Dear Students and Families,
I am excited to begin this new school year with our Law Enforcement I program. This course provides students with an inside look into the world of policing, public safety, and the justice system. Together, we will explore the history of law enforcement, the U.S. Constitution, criminal and case law, safety practices, report writing, investigations, and much more. Students will also gain hands-on training in areas such as defensive tactics, officer presence, and crime scene management.
What to Expect This Year:
Practical Skills – Students will learn and practice skills that mirror real-world law enforcement training.
Classroom & Hands-On Activities – A balance of lectures, discussions, and scenario-based exercises will bring the material to life.
Guest Speakers & Events – Law enforcement professionals will visit throughout the year to share their experiences and advice.
PT Fridays – Physical training each Friday will build discipline, teamwork, and personal fitness.
Why This Matters:
This program is designed to build responsibility, confidence, and an understanding of what it means to serve and protect. Whether students plan to pursue a career in law enforcement, the military, or another field, the skills learned here will prepare them for success.
Closing Message:
Law enforcement is about more than just enforcing laws—it’s about integrity, service, and courage. I look forward to helping each student grow, challenge themselves, and learn what it truly means to wear the badge of responsibility.
Respectfully,
Thomas Johnson
Law Enforcement Instructor
