Signed Chromebook Agreements Due August 11th
When Chromebooks are issued, students also receive a charge cord and power adapter. These charging cables are considered part of the Chromebook, and are the student's responsibility to care for and keep up with.
Students are asked to come to school with their Chromebook fully charged. Students should not bring their charging cables to school. Doing so reduces the chance of the cable being lost, taken, or broken. Instead, students should have a "charging station" at home where they plug in and charge their device every night. (We recommend having this near their backpack so they don't forget it in the morning!)
Students should NOT charge their cell phone, AirPods or any other electronic devices using their Chromebook. This can damage the Chromebook's battery. Any student who is found charging their cell phone, Airpods or other electronic devices with their Chromebook could face disiplanary action and/or be charged to repair/replace the Chromebook's battery.Â
